Cassaform Green Formwork Prop & Panel System is designed for ultimate safety and efficiency, being assembled entirely from below. The largest panel covers 2.16m² (1.8m x 1.2m) and weighs under 45kg, while all other components weigh less than 23kg, making it lightweight and easy to handle. Pre-lined with high-quality formply, the system eliminates the need to purchase LVL bearers, joists, or additional formply, offering significant cost savings.
With only two main components – pan & prop – the system simplifies installation and site management, even with unskilled labor. Its innovative drop-head system allows panels to be reused just 3-4 days after pouring, making it easy to move up to the next level. This reduces on-site equipment needs, cutting transport costs. Plus, with props spaced at 1.8m x 1.2m, the system provides better access under the formed area, improving the movement of people, materials, and equipment throughout the project.
