With material shortages in the Construction Industry required for conventional formwork, Cassaform were engaged to design and supply a fast and reliable formwork system which would allow the contractor to not only save time on the project but also save valuable timber and formply for the project.
Overview of Job: Architecturally designed by childcare specialists Point Architects, this Childcare and Early Learning facility in Bentleigh is state of the art with luxurious facilities that blend outdoor and indoor spaces, to engage and delight children and adults alike.
Key Features: Construction consists of a 27 car basement level carpark and an 869m2 suspended RC floor slab built on a 1309m2 block of land.

Cassaform’s involvement: Cassaform were engaged to engineer, design and supply a fast and reliable formwork system, allowing the contractor to not only save construction time but also as much as 83% on material costs.
Customer Feedback: Due to the erection speed and early stripping ability of the product it allowed the client to claim 100% completion of the slab within the same month where typically they only get to claim 80% and leave 20% the following month to cover stripping.
